We provide our Users an online platform where we offer services on online learning content (animated videos and exercises) for project management as well as other related services as indicated on the Website (the “Services”). Through the Website our Users may access available online courses. These Terms and Conditions apply to all Services made available online on the Website and/or through any electronic and mobile device, by e-mail and telephone or otherwise.

By accessing, browsing and using our Website and/or Services, you agree to proceed on the basis of these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, you shall not use or access this Website and our Services. Please read them carefully.

These Terms and Conditions (the “Terms”) contain important information regarding the use of the Website, your rights and obligations.

Account Registration

In order to enjoy our full Services and access online courses, our Users need to create an account (the “Account”). User can create the Account on the Website if User provides full and true personal information, name, username, email and other contact information (as requested on the Website). Additionally, User will provide payment information and billing details in order to prompt payments.

Users are required to make sure that all personal information required is accurate, correct and kept updated, as we may use this information to contact Users in relation to any matters. Users shall be solely responsible for keeping its Account password safe and confidential.

We may use services of our third party service providers to collect payments and host your Account information. In particular, the personal information of Users is collected and hosted by Thinkific, being our authorized third party service provider. Apart from Thinkific we contract with our learning management system providers in order to process payment for our paid products, that will collect such information as your credit card or other payment information, billing address, and such other information as required to complete the transaction. Users’ personal information is protected in accordance with applicable law as specified in the Privacy Policy.

Computer Requirements

In order to use our Services, you are solely responsible for having a computer and Internet access/DSL connection. You have to ensure that you comply with our technical requirements.

License to User

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a fully revocable, worldwide, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non sub-licensable limited right and licence:

• to access and use the Website and Services as necessary to browse and/or participate in the online learning as permitted by these Terms; and
• to download permitted content from the online courses in accordance with these Terms.

You must abide by all copyright notices or restrictions contained on the Website or the Services. You may not delete any attributions, legal or proprietary notices on the Website or the Services.

Academic Integrity

When using the Services, you are solely responsible for completing assignments, participating in discussions, taking tests and otherwise participating in educational process. We do not support plagiarism or copyright infringements, posting answers to tests and other quizzes. If you violate these rules, we are entitled to remove you from courses and not to grant you certificates. No refunds will be made.

Failed Tests

Certification exams may be temporary inaccessible to you after you failed for several times to complete a test or exam in order to ensure that you take additional time to learn required information for the completion of an online course.

Prices and Payments

Our current prices are published on the Website. We offer the following licenses:

Individual student license (an individual pay for his/her license):

• One-time payment;
• Payment directly via Thinkific.

For Individual student license we offer the following payment options:

• Credit or debit card: Visa, MasterCard, and American Express;
• Paypal.

Multiple student license (a legal entity purchases multiple licenses):

• One-time payment (payment is made for all students).

Users are required to contact us about the payment process and for the agreement.

All payments are made via bank transfer.

Refunds and Cancellation

Online content license orders are NOT eligible for refund or cancellation.

Use of the Website

Use of the Website and Services, any content or materials on the Website for any purpose not expressly permitted in these Terms is prohibited. You must not:

• use this Website or its contents for any non-authorized commercial purpose;
• use the Website and its contents in any way that is unlawful, illegal, fraudulent or harmful;
• use the Website in any way or take any action that causes, or may cause, damage to us or impairment of the performance, availability or accessibility of the Website;

Such course providers may have its own terms, policies or procedures regarding your eligibility to participate in online learning courses.
